CaregiverRx was founded by a nurse who spent five years in critical care, including during the COVID-19 pandemic. Those weren't just years of clinical practice. They were years of watching healthcare's infrastructure crack under pressure, seeing brilliant providers drown in administrative chaos, and learning firsthand that the gap between doing healthcare right and doing it fast is where patients suffer and practices fail.

We watched compliance failures cost lives. We saw clinicians make impossible choices between patient care and paperwork. We experienced what happens when operational breakdowns hinder the delivery of quality medicine. And through it all, one truth became crystal clear: the problem wasn't the people. It was the systems.

Good intentions don't prevent HIPAA violations. Hard work doesn't fix broken billing processes. And passion for patient care doesn't automatically create compliant, sustainable operations.

From Critical Care to Building Better Systems

Rachael brings 18 years of leadership across sales, operations, and healthcare to the hormone and wellness space.

As a critical care nurse during the COVID-19 pandemic, she witnessed firsthand how healthcare systems perform under pressure—and where they fall short. Transitioning into wellness, she launched and scaled hormone clinics while building the operational infrastructure most practices overlook: comprehensive compliance frameworks, DEA and controlled substance protocols, optimized billing systems, and staff training programs that actually work.

The expertise came from doing the work—not just theorizing about it, but also navigating state medical board requirements and implementing HIPAA-compliant systems. Training teams on proper documentation and coding. Solving the billing challenges that cost providers thousands monthly.

Clinics and medical sales representatives started reaching out for the support they couldn't find elsewhere: someone who understood both the clinical and business reality of running a compliant, profitable practice.
