I am a nurse. I have sat in the clinical seat and the billing seat and I have watched good providers drown in software that was never built for them.

I started CaregiverRx because I believe functional and traditional medicine can meet in the middle. Where the patient is the focus. Where the provider has what they need right in front of them. Where a lab result comes with context, not confusion.

I have been the one trying to figure out why a code did not pay. I have been the one sitting with a patient trying to recall what optimal looks like while normal values crowd the mind. I built this because I lived it.

CaregiverRx is not a consulting firm. It is not a training program. It is not a rep with an agenda.

It is a platform. Built by someone who has sat in both seats. For the providers who are doing real medicine without the infrastructure the big systems take for granted.

We are based in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are building coast to coast.

What we believe

We believe healthcare decisions should be rooted in evidence, not commission structures. That's why we're not tied to any product line, platform, or vendor. Our recommendations come from what's best for your specific situation. When we suggest a protocol, it's evidence-based. When we recommend a billing strategy, it maximizes reimbursement ethically. When we build a compliance framework, it reflects current regulations—not outdated assumptions or shortcuts.

Quality care requires solid infrastructure. Brilliant providers can't deliver excellent outcomes when they're drowning in compliance confusion, billing chaos, and operational dysfunction. You can't "mostly" follow HIPAA or "kind of" meet OSHA standards. Surprise patient bills destroy trust. And growth built on duct tape and good intentions collapses under pressure.

COVID-19 exposed every crack in healthcare's foundation. The wellness industry boomed as people sought preventive, personalized care, but many new practices launched on shaky ground—prioritizing speed over systems. We learned that you can't build sustainable healthcare on shortcuts. You can't scale a practice held together with good intentions. And you can't serve patients well when your operations are in constant crisis mode.
